Advertising and Accounts Officer
Job Purpose:
·This role will be evaluating existing and new projects through data analysis, integrating accounts resources and optimising advertising effects
·This role will be developing and promoting CUG’s new projects advertising strategy, and maintain China UK Gateway as a leading company in education service industry
·This role will assist Operation Manager to monitor the effectiveness of advertising and keeping abreast of marketing trends and customer needs

​Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the promotion of our education and cultural exchange programmes, including summer/winter camps, student exchange and school partnerships.

Support the planning and marketing of international events, conferences, training programmes and exhibitions organised by China UK Gateway.

Manage and update company social media platforms and website content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Liaise with partners across education, advertising, finance, property and training sectors, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and event communications.

Conduct market research and compile reports to evaluate project outcomes and support strategic planning for future activities.

Facilitate cross-cultural communication between UK and Chinese clients to ensure smooth execution of joint programmes.​

International Sales & Public Relations Officer
Job Purpose:
​
To support the company’s international business growth by managing sales activities, developing client relationships, and expanding market presence across Europe and Asia. The role focuses on promoting company services in education, business consulting and travel arrangements, while strengthening public relations and ensuring excellent client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
​​

Increase sales revenue and actively develop new markets across the European Union and Asia, identifying potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.

Prepare and process sales invoices, maintain accurate transaction records, and ensure proper documentation of all sales activities.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual clients and corporate partners, particularly in the education and travel sectors, to strengthen brand loyalty and client retention.

Manage customer feedback and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, resolving issues promptly or escalating them to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Maintain and update the customer database to ensure effective client relationship management (CRM) and follow-up communication.

Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and support international sales campaigns.

Support the sales team with administrative and clerical duties, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient internal coordination.​
